This is the home of the eccentric Vargidan family, lead by Moltus Vargidan and his several daughters including Nell Vargidian, one of the Heroes of Kassen. The building has a bit of a spooky reputation in town as do the building’s occupants.

It is believed that Moltus Vargidan is a sorcerer himself, and that his “children” are actually either orphans or children who have been put up for adoption due to their “special” abilities.
