Guard Captain Wisslo spends most of his time in this building or patrolling the streets of Kassen. While the guardsmen are mostly relaxed in their duties, they become an effective force if there is trouble in town, especially if ill-tempered out-of-towners get too much ale under their belt.

Two of his guardsmen namely Golfond Kir and Sam Iyam and renowned for being a little more trouble than they are worth, but Captain Wisslo has faith in their abilities to defend the town.
