Aroth has brown hair and green eyes and wears fairly thick spectacles. He wears travel-stained clothing and wields a quarterstaff and light crossbow. Aroth is clever, faithful however socially awkward.

Aroth is an apprentice hoping to gain favour from the wisened wizard Holgast in Kassen. The mage was tasked by his master in Tamran to track down Holgast and establish what he knew about an ancient curse that was bestowed on the Fangwood forest over a hundred years ago by an evil Fey Queen.
